Function
Closing the composite zone of aluminum profiles (thermal break) using 6 roll-on disks 1st station: guiding and pre-closing 2nd station: closing 3rd station: straightening (horizontal and vertical)
Construction
◾Machine frame with machined assembly surface
◾All supports 1, 2 and 3 with width adjustment
◾Support 3 additionally with horizontal and vertical adjustability (correction of profile straightness)
◾4 synchronously driven rolling disks
◾3 lower horizontal rollers with Vulkollan coating, fixed height, D = 80, L = 120-320
◾3 upper horizontal rollers with Vulkollan coating, height adjustable, D = 80, L = 120-320
