MARRIN BW8X PRO TWIN – VERTICAL TABLE 4 AXIS CNC PANEL PROCESSING CENTER

Its patented design is based on the vertically inclined counter principle. It is a processing center distinguished from similar ones, designed to cut, groove, helical drill, mill, etc. board or panel shaped materials simultaneously and interpolated on 4 axis, containing a special turntable equipped with a vacuum system, making it a fast and strong industrial machine.This machine must be programmed to process aluminum boards, steel or titanium panels, or hard plastic, wood or aluminum sections. We provide a training course lasting just a few hours and a user friendly graphic interface to create software performing complicated processes with ease.
This processing center has been equipped with a number of automatic valves which use vacuum to fix panels and boards on the turntable and which turn different areas of the vacuum turntable on and off to prevent smaller parts from slipping.
Protection of the operator is assigned to a monitoring system consisting of a laser scanner and a photo sensor subsystem. If and when an object approaches the moving processing tool, the tool will be gradually slowed down and stops before the object hits it.
This smart control system manages two different work areas of variable dimensions by using as references the part resetting supports located at the right and left sides of the processing center, so that it supports uninterrupted twin area operation of the machine. This uninterrupted twin area operation is provided on all models of this machine.
Its robust structure allows it to process at high speeds and sensitivities. Its blowback system prevents the processed piece from rubbing the vacuum turntable, and the roller cylinders installed at the bottom easily position the panels on the turntable.
